It's exactly the same as 'SDR'. The 'OTHER' entry is where the Dolby Vision setting would have gone if Dolby had issued the think your problem is a color space one. Egreat A10 and HiMedia Q10 Pro should perform the same for the working Egreat A10 go Settings - Display. Note the 'Deep color' on the Q10 Pro replicate it in Settings - More - Advanced Options - Video color space. Then go settings - More - Advanced Options - TV HDR mode: ON.
